DAY 49 – NOV 3
. . . and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.
Ephesians 6:19:20.
Throughout the world there are many believers that are imprisoned because of their faith. There are others who risk their lives, families, and occupations on a daily basis as they seek to spread the Gospel by whatever means possible. These brothers and sister cannot keep quiet, as they have been saved through the power of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. You can learn more about their stories at https://www.persecution.com/. Scroll down to the map and make it a habit to pray for those living in these hostile places. Your prayers make a difference!
We Pray: God, today we take a moment to lift up the persecuted church in our prayers. We may never meet these brothers and sisters on this side of heaven, but we know that our prayers are a pleasing aroma to You (Psalm 141:2). We intercede on behalf of these precious saints through our prayers, as we pray for their perseverance and safety through the Holy Spirit and in the name of Jesus. Amen.
