DAY 10 – SEPT 25
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.
2 Peter 3:18
God loves us just as we are, but He also loves us too much to leave us where we are. In our faith journey, we learn to expect and embrace growth, recognizing that God is continually moving us forward. Looking at where we once were and seeing the changes over time, we understand that growth is a constant in our journey. We are not like the world that demands acceptance without change; instead, we love each other despite who we once were, always striving to move forward rather than remain stagnant. As we do what is necessary for growth, who we are, continually evolves, reflecting our maturing relationship with Christ. Our God desires the best for us, and growth is a natural part of our transformation as we let go of complacency and comfort, pursuing the fullness of life that He offers.
We Pray: Heavenly Father, we thank You for loving us just as we are yet loving us too much to leave us unchanged. We embrace the growth and transformation You are working within us, grateful for the changes that reflect Your hand in our lives. Help us to continually move forward in our recovery, letting go of complacency and comfort. Strengthen us to persevere in our journey, renewing our minds and hearts daily. May we always seek to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, becoming more like Him each day. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
