Reignite Our Faith
Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
The book of Hebrews contains many great passages about faith. One of the many takeaways is that faith is not just belief. Faith is the action of putting belief into practice. Our assurance and conviction come from our confidence that Jesus has and will continue to come through for us.
We pray: God, we have faith that our belief in you is not in vain, and that you go before us fighting our battles for us (Deuteronomy 20:4). Today we put our faith in you in our trials and we will praise you for the victories we will see through you. Thank you in Jesus’ name, Amen.
