Reignite Our Faith
Matthew 17:20
If you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, “Move from here to there,” and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.
As we begin examining ways to Reignite our Faith, we start with the words of Jesus. In many of his healings and teaching, he discussed the importance of faith. A mustard seed is tiny, yet Jesus says that great things can be accomplished through it. The seed “knows” its purpose is to grow into something greater than when it began. Do we have faith that God will bring about transformation and growth in our lives? What mountains do you need moved that only God can move?
We Pray: God, we have faith that you will do a great work through us for your glory. Help our confidence that you can do all things to keep us from focusing on what seems impossible to us. We pray in the name of our master Jesus Christ, Amen.
